The power in the word
Rev. Jenkins is one of the most gifted preachers of our times. His sermons cover a wide range of topics and brings to each subject a depth of understanding that makes it clear that his mind is being used by God to give the world a better understanding of the word of God and God's desire for the people of these times.
His body of work spans six decades and his sermons address the issues of those decades in a way that no other preacher has come close to. From his radio sermons delivered in the sixties to his church sermons delivered to this day, Rev. Jenkins has been on target and on time with the word of God.

Sermons from the Sixties
Just months after graduating from Jackson State University, Rev. Jenkins started a radio program on WOKJ radio station in Jackson, MS. called The Voice of Black America, which was later changed to The Search for Human Dignity. The program was aired for five years, and the sermons delivered on that program are some of the best documents of the struggles of Black People during that time.
